Career path
A graduate of the Master’s Degree (Master 2) in Labor Law and Practice from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas, Léa Bensoussan joined the law firm Fidere Avocats in 2016.
After working as an in-house legal counsel, which provided her with an operational understanding of business roles, she now practices both advisory and litigation work at Fidere Avocats.
In this role, she advises companies of all sizes on collective and individual labor relations, addressing complex issues such as working hours, restructuring, and employee representation in complex organizational structures.
She also has significant pre-litigation and litigation experience before all social courts and has developed specific expertise in the social treatment of settlement and labor tribunal awards.
Léa is also an adjunct lecturer and has had the opportunity to collaborate with the Universities of Paris 1 – Panthéon-Sorbonne and Paris II – Panthéon-Assas in the field of collective labor relations for Master 1 students, as well as with the University of Paris X – Nanterre in individual labor relations for Bachelor’s level students (Licence 3).
Finally, Léa regularly leads training sessions for the firm’s clients or training organizations, both on collective and individual labor relations.
