Career path
Vincent Roche is a lawyer. He holds a Master’s Degree (Master 2) in Employment Law and Practice from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas and was the recipient of the 2014 Trophée for Best Young Labour Lawyer.
He joined FIDERE Avocats in 2016 after several professional experiences in law firms and in-house positions.
He focuses particularly on issues related to compensation, employee savings, and collective labour relations.
Vincent Roche became a partner at the firm in January 2024.
