Career path
Alain Sauret, Member of the Advisory Committee of the law firm FIDERE Avocats, holds a DEA (Advanced Studies Diploma) in private law. He began his career in 1972. He is a specialist in employment law, social security law, and social protection law.
He was President of the Barthélémy law firm from 1992 to 2005, President of the Supervisory Board of Capstan (2007), and the founding President of the international alliance of law firms in social law, Lus Laborius. Alain Sauret has been contributing for many years to the reflection on the evolution of employment law both in France and abroad through his teachings as well as his numerous books and articles.
