Career path
A graduate of the Master’s degree (DESS) in Labor Law and Practice from Paris II Panthéon-Assas, Geoffroy specializes in labor law, social security law, and social protection law.
He began his career in 2003 and spent most of his career at the Barthélémy law firm and then at Capstan, where he was a partner. In 2015, he helped establish the law firm Fidere Avocats, where he is the managing partner.
Geoffroy mainly provides advisory services to a client base of national and international companies across various industries.
He focuses particularly on corporate restructuring operations and the management of labor relations.
Geoffroy is also an expert in collective bargaining practices and handles numerous operational cases, such as performance evaluation, quality of work life, gender equality, and management of jobs and career paths. He also manages a significant number of collective litigations.
Geoffroy teaches at the University of Paris Panthéon-Assas and the University of Aix-Marseille. He also leads training sessions for the firm’s clients as well as for various organizations such as Elegia and Liaisons Sociales.
He has published many articles and is also a contributor to JurisClasseur.
