Holding a Master II research degree in Employment Law and Professional Relations and a “Magister” in Employment Law from the University of Paris X Nanterre, Nicolas Chenevoy specializes in labor law.
He primarily provides advisory services to companies across various sectors (new technologies and engineering, state-owned enterprises, healthcare, banking, agriculture, etc.). He also assists companies and employer organizations in their individual and collective litigation.
His areas of expertise include the management of employee representative bodies and collective bargaining, complex reorganizations such as mergers or redundancy plans, issues related to health and safety, international mobility, and working hours.
Nicolas leads numerous training sessions for various organizations or within companies. He is a member of the AFDT and regularly participates in international conferences on labor law and social security.
