Career path
Alexis Bugada is an “agrégé” in law (2003) and a professor of private law at the University of Aix-Marseille. His teaching and theoretical and practical research focus on employment law, including labor law (in its individual, collective, and contentious aspects) as well as social protection law.
He is currently in charge of two master’s specialties, both with a professional focus (Master 2 Professional in Labor Relations Law) and a research focus (Master 2 Research in Social Law). He has been leading an accredited university laboratory for more than 10 years (Center for Social Law EA 901).
He has written or directed various works (e.g., Collective Negotiation and the Environment – Agreenment French Report), organizes conferences where academics and practitioners meet. He is a member of several editorial boards of national specialized journals.
